About us

Science with Purpose. Quality with Integrity.

DIVAS PHARMA LTD is a UK-registered pharmaceutical, scientific, engineering and technology company with a clear ambition: to help turn complex healthcare and technical requirements into responsible, practical and dependable outcomes. From our base in London, we are building a multidisciplinary platform that brings together pharmaceutical understanding, scientific thinking, engineering discipline and secure digital enablement.

We believe meaningful progress begins with strong foundations. That means understanding the need before proposing the solution, defining responsibilities clearly, protecting the integrity of information and making decisions that can be supported by evidence. As our capabilities develop, we aim to grow with care, communicate with accuracy and earn trust through the way we work.

Who We Are –

DIVAS PHARMA LTD is an active private limited company registered in England under company number 09488738. The company was incorporated in 2015 and adopted its current legal name in January 2026. Our registered business activities cover the manufacture of pharmaceutical preparations, information technology services, engineering-related scientific and technical consultancy, and other professional scientific and technical activities.

This combination creates a distinctive foundation. Pharmaceutical work depends on more than one discipline: product and process knowledge must be supported by reliable equipment, controlled systems, accurate records, capable people and resilient partners. By bringing these perspectives together, we aim to see the full picture and help stakeholders manage the connections between science, quality, engineering, technology and delivery.

We are building our identity around focused capability rather than broad promises. Every service should have a clear scope, suitable expertise, an agreed delivery method and appropriate oversight. Where an activity requires a licence, authorisation, qualified role or specialised facility, those requirements must be understood and satisfied before the activity is represented as operational.

Our Purpose, Mission and Vision –

Our commitment to tailored solutions means we prioritize customization. We work closely with clients to understand their challenges and aspirations, crafting strategies that align with their vision. For businesses, this might involve optimizing tax structures or improving cash flow management. For individuals, it could mean developing a tax-efficient investment plan or navigating complex estate planning. Whatever the need, we deliver results that are practical, impactful, and aligned with your goals.

By combining expertise, best practices, and technology, our firm empowers clients to navigate the complexities of finance and Finance Consulting with confidence. We are more than consultants—we are partners in your success, dedicated to driving efficiency, promoting growth, and delivering peace of mind through every step of your financial journey.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to apply science and professional expertise in support of healthier lives and more reliable healthcare systems. It guides how we assess opportunities, choose partners, develop capabilities and balance commercial goals with quality, safety and responsibility.

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop and support responsible pharmaceutical and technical solutions through quality-focused science, disciplined engineering, secure technology and trusted collaboration. We want our work to be useful in practice: clearly defined, carefully managed

Our Vision

Our vision is to become a trusted UK pharmaceutical and scientific enterprise known for integrity, dependable delivery and meaningful contribution to healthcare. Trust is not a statement that a company can award itself. We intend to earn it one decision and one relationship at a time.

What We Do? –

Our business portfolio is organised around four complementary areas. Pharmaceutical preparations provide our central sector focus. Scientific consultancy, engineering support and information technology act as enabling capabilities that can strengthen quality, control and performance across the wider pharmaceutical lifecycle.

Healthcare and pharmaceutical challenges rarely sit inside one function. A technical change can influence quality, data, training, supply and regulatory commitments at the same time. Our integrated perspective is intended to help teams recognise these dependencies earlier, communicate them clearly and make balanced decisions that remain practical after implementation and future review.

– OUR INTEGRATED SOLUTION –

Pharmaceutical Preparations -

Our long-term pharmaceutical focus may include selected development, manufacturing-support, technical-transfer, quality or supply activities, subject to the applicable licences, approvals, facilities, qualified personnel and partner arrangements. We take a lifecycle view, recognising that materials, methods, process knowledge, packaging, records, stability and supply decisions are connected.

We aim to approach pharmaceutical opportunities with discipline. A clear target, defined responsibilities and appropriate evidence should guide each programme. Product, manufacturing or authorisation claims will be made only when they are supported by current and approved information.

Scientific and Technical Consultancy-

Our proposed consulting services are designed to help organisations move from complex questions to structured action. Areas of support may include requirements definition, feasibility assessment, technical review, process mapping, supplier evaluation, documentation development, technology-transfer planning and improvement programmes.

Good advice must fit the problem. We therefore aim to match assignments with suitable expertise, confirm assumptions, disclose limitations and make recommendations that are traceable to evidence and professional judgement. Every engagement should distinguish our advisory role from decisions reserved for the client or an authorised regulatory professional.

Engineering-Related Services -

Engineering connects physical systems with reliable operations. Our engineering-related scientific and technical consultancy may support user requirements, design review, equipment selection, utility interfaces, commissioning strategy, qualification planning, asset criticality, maintainability, reliability and technical project coordination.

We believe engineering decisions should consider intended use, quality impact, safety, cleaning, data, energy, lifecycle cost and the people who will operate and maintain a system. Practical engineering is not only about creating a solution; it is about ensuring that the solution can be understood, controlled and sustained.

Information Technology and Digital Enablement -

Secure and well-governed technology can make scientific and pharmaceutical work more visible, efficient and dependable. Our technology direction may include secure collaboration, controlled workflows, infrastructure support, reporting, analytics and selected system implementation.

We start with the process and the user need, not the software. Systems should have clear requirements, appropriate access, tested changes, reliable backup and defined ownership. Where technology handles important pharmaceutical or scientific records, controls should reflect the potential impact on data, decisions, quality and continuity.

Our Approach to Quality and Integrity–

Quality is not limited to a department or a final inspection. It begins when a requirement is defined and continues through planning, procurement, delivery, review, change and improvement. Everyone who describes a service, selects a supplier, configures a system, produces a record or approves a decision influences quality.

Integrity means that our statements, records and decisions should reflect reality. We aim to communicate what we can do today, what we are developing and what remains subject to approval. We encourage concerns to be raised early, errors to be corrected transparently and information to be protected from inappropriate alteration or loss.

Our proposed quality approach includes clear responsibilities, controlled documents, role-based training, risk assessment, supplier oversight, change management, investigation, performance review and continual improvement. The depth of control should be proportionate to the activity and its possible impact on patients, products, people, data and customers.

Partnerships and Responsible Growth –

Partnerships can provide specialist knowledge, infrastructure, capacity and market understanding. We aim to select partners through appropriate due diligence and to define objectives, responsibilities, communication, data ownership, confidentiality, quality expectations and decision rights from the beginning.

Our growth philosophy is measured: capability should lead expansion, not chase it. We intend to strengthen governance, quality foundations, technical expertise and secure digital systems before increasing the complexity of our portfolio. New services should be introduced only when the organisation has the people, controls and resources to deliver them responsibly.
